SHIPPING POLICY

I do not have a stock of ready-made jewellery, each ordered handmade jewellery is made to order, if necessary - gems are purchased for it - it all may takes about 15-20 working days and then I will ship it to you.

Under the UK Hallmarking Act (1973) it is a legal requirement for UK jewellerу to hallmark articles containing precious metals if they are described as such - it is apply for items over certain weights.  For silver 7.78g, gold and palladium over 1g, and platinum over 0.5g to have a UK recognised hallmark. For jewellery with contains these metals below declared weight the hallmarking is not necessary. The hallmarking process also takes some time before shipping but guarantees you the stated quality and legality.

I try to make and ship all orders as soon as possible. If there is a delay for any other reason - like holidays or strikes or any unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you about delays and the approximate day of dispatch.

I will keep you updated on your order by contacting you using the method you used to place your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your jewelry has been shipped.

If you are in strongly need of an item by a specific date or special occasion, please be sure to contact me before placing an order and we will discuss the possibility of manufacturing and delivery within your requested time frame.

Your order usually will be sent to you via Royal Mail with tracking. 
DHL Express delivery may be used for an additional charge - if it is possible to your address.

Once your package has been mailed, I can not responsible for postal service delays that may occur. You may need patience and contact your local postal service to clear up this case.

Although all of my bespoke items are made to order and are not subject to standard exchange and return policies, I am available to discuss any issues with you and find a mutually beneficial solution.
