SHIPPING POLICY
I usually don’t have a stock of ready-made jewellery—all of my pieces are handmade to order just for you! This means that sometimes I may need to source specific gemstones for your piece, which can take a little time. On average, it takes about 20–25 working days to craft your jewellery before it’s ready to ship.
Shipping Timeline and Updates
I always strive to make and ship orders as quickly as possible. If there’s any delay—due to holidays, strikes, transport delays or unforeseen circumstances—I’ll be sure to let you know and provide an updated dispatch estimate.
Once your jewellery is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and contact you through the method you used to place your order.

Shipping Options
Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail with tracking, but if you’d prefer express services, I can arrange that for an additional charge (where available for your location).
Within the UK:
Free Insured Shipping: All UK orders are sent free of charge and fully insured for your peace of mind.
Delivery Options: Guaranteed next-day delivery or free 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
International Shipping:
Free Worldwide Shipping: International orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail and your standard national post service. Please note that not all postal services accept precious metals or jewellery - I recommend checking your local regulations and duties before ordering.
Customs Fees:
Please note that any import duties, sales taxes, or other charges at the destination country’s point of entry are the responsibility of the customer. For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by postal service in advance of delivery for collection of these fees.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Please note that once your package is mailed, I can’t be responsible for postal delays. If something takes longer than expected, your patience is appreciated, and I recommend contacting your local international postal service to resolve the issue.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ring Sizing and Adjustments
I want your ring to fit perfectly, and I am here to help! While I do my best to guide you in ordering the right size, I understand that surprises and adjustments happen. That’s why I offer a complimentary resizing with every ring purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
I accept returns for my stock items within 14 days of purchase. You also can choose to exchange the item for my another piece of jewellery. I can only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original condition.
Please be aware that any import duties or taxes on international deliveries cannot be refunded.
Bespoke Commissions
Although all bespoke items are made to order and are not subject to standard exchange and return policies, I am available to discuss any issues with you and find a mutually beneficial solution.
Since bespoke commissions are made especially for your requirements, I am unable to offer full refunds for these pieces. However, you have the right to cancel your bespoke order at any time. Please note that any material and production costs already incurred will still be payable.
Please be aware that any import duties or taxes on international deliveries cannot be refunded.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, I am here to make it right. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt, including your name, address, and a description of the issue. I will guide you on the next steps to resolve the matter promptly.
