If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude my liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, together with my current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by me. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by me. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, I shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
I make no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on my website. From time to time this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
I will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.
By using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent of guardian.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from me. Images or content from this website may be printed out for legitimate use relating to the GatoJewel.
The images on the site are for informational purposes only and are automatically protected under UK copyright law.
You shall not use the website in any way that will damage it or interrupt its provision. You shall not use the website to transmit or post any computer viruses. I cannot guarantee that the website is free from computer viruses, and you should take your own precautions in this respect.

All of the designs displayed on www.gatojewel.com are my intellectual property and are automatically protected under design right. This means that the use of these designs for any purpose without our written permission would be an infringement of UK Patent Law.
Any infringement of design right or copyright (such as copying by other manufacturers or retailers) would entitle me to take civil action in court with a view to seeking damages.
The term 'unique' or 'unique design' when applied to a design or product on this website means that the design has at least one difference to any other design on this website. Although I would never copy other people's work, I cannot be held responsible for copies of our unique designs by other people known or unknown to me.
LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall GatoJewel be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND ME
I must receive payment in whole for the price of the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by me I will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This is not an Order Acceptance from GatoJewel.
My acceptance of your order occurs when the ordered products are shipped to you unless I notify you that I am not accepting or decline your order, or unless you ask to cancel the order before it is shipped - in which case the refund may be deducted from your payment as non-refundable compensation as I buy materials specifically for each bespoke order and it can't be used for anything else.
My acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify do not use this site.
PRICING AND DISCOUNT CODES
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on this website.
All prices are in UK Pounds. You will be billed in UK Pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
You may be required to pay extra for express delivery and it might not be possible to deliver to some locations.
Discount codes: I may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (either directly or via third parties) which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
GEMSTONES
Any geographical or origin provenance claims made in respect of gemstones and metal are made in good faith based on statements from the suppliers and not laboratory testing.
Some coloured gemstones are heat treated to improve their colour and / or clarity. Aquamarine, citrine, tanzanite, morganite, ruby, sapphire, smoky quartz, tourmaline, blue or clear zircon may be heat treated. Pearls are likely to be bleached or colored. It should be assumed that these gemstones proposed by me have been treated in this way unless I specify otherwise. Any further requirements from you about gems are individually discussed.

DELIVERY
I will ship the goods ordered by you to the address you give me for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery or an alternative carrier during Royal Mail industrial action.
Deliveries outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked&Signed delivery service. Delivery times for international orders will vary, at least it takes about 5-10 days. I cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to possible delays in customs and postal services in your country. In cases of such delays, please contact your representatives of these services directly.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and I will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
If your order is returned to me because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery to you costs.
In case of urgent guaranteed delivery or especially valuable goods, we can use express delivery services, such as DHL, UPS, and others.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
If you order products from this site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by your country's customs when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be fully responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Also, note that some countries have government import bans or restrictions on these kinds of goods. I will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. - I will not do a refund if the contents of the package will be seized by your customs.

GENERAL
I reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions of use from time to time. If this happens, I will post the new Terms & Conditions of use on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions of use, please stop using the website.
These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you and I agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
